| | | At Child First we have been developing our five nurseries since 2007. This is the culmination of over 20 years development experience in childcare and learning. Everyone involved in managing and running these nurseries has substantial experience in child development and care – the emphasis, as the name suggests, is that we all believe it is essential to put the Child First.
Having worked with and for children, we are developing this small group of exemplar nurseries which are growing from acceptable to exceptional in the care and development that they provide.
In combining the talents of children and young people with our own skills and experience, we provide environments which we have already improved and are constantly seeking to improve further.
The five nurseries – in Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester, Northampton and Solihull – are good now and as they grow will be splendid centres for children, parents, staff and employers – and an example of practice that others can share and experience with us. |

| | | Having opened our new setting in December 2010 Dolphin Day Nursery provides excellent childcare for children aged 3 months to 8 years. With our excellent Ofsted report we provide all key learning areas to coincide with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Welcoming 56 children across four separate classrooms children work with a dedicated key-worker who ensures each child maximises their learning through play. Children graduate from the nursery well prepared for school. Following closely the EYFS Dolphin Day Nursery has degree qualified practitioners and two leading teaching with Early Years Profesional Status.
Our captivating Baby Room has separate sleep area, milk kitchen and changing facility. We prepare well balanced heathy meals on the premises and encourage free-flow outdoor play in our secure garden. We pride ourselves on being a homely, friendly and family-orintated setting. |
